Agreement to terms

By accessing or using My Revelation (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service does

My Revelation is a health data analysis platform. It reads data from wearable devices and health apps, analyses it, and delivers a personalised Revelation — a single, data-backed insight — along with a Signal Score and an actionable plan.

Not medical advice

My Revelation is an informational tool, not a medical device. The Revelations, scores, and recommendations provided by the Service are generated by AI based on your health data and are intended for general informational and wellness purposes only.

The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health. If the Service flags anomalous data or concerning patterns, we recommend seeking advice from your GP or relevant medical professional.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Your data

You retain ownership of all health data you upload or connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing you with the Service — including generating your Revelation, calculating your Signal Score, and displaying your dashboard.

You can delete your data or your account at any time. Our handling of your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy.

Data accuracy

The quality of your Revelation depends on the quality of the data you provide. We are not responsible for inaccurate insights resulting from incomplete, corrupted, or inaccurate data from your wearable devices or health apps. AI-generated Revelations are probabilistic — they may contain errors or reflect patterns that do not apply to your specific circumstances.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, Signal Score methodology, Revelation Engine, and all related content, is owned by My Revelation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your health data remains yours — this clause applies only to our product and technology.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Revelation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of health outcomes, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

In particular, we are not liable for any health decisions you make based on the Service's Revelations or recommendations. You use the Service at your own risk.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, and will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU, UK, or Danish law.
